1.5 to 1.7GHz Gain 50dB , LNA+Filters modules
This is a low noise amplifier + filter module which operates from 1.5 to 1.7GHz .It provides a gain of 50dB with a noise figure of less than 0.5dB and has a P1dB of 12dBm.It requires a DC supply of +12V and consumes 180mA of current. this module has a rejection 25dB@1.3GHz and 33dB@1.9GHz , it has 70dBm spurious.
The amplifier+filter module is a ideal for military and commercial applications like ECM testing , instrumentation,SATCOM systems, radar systems and test systems.
